Viking's service team is amazing. We had a lift fail at 5 pm and between Denise, Jesse and Matt, we were back in... operation the next morning. We have used Viking for all of our installations and inspections as well. Their pricing is fair and they have been able overcome some very challenging lift installations in our old building. My family’s business has been dealing with Viking for nearly 20 years and I have to say: Viking Equipment really goes... above and beyond to set the standard of service in the Automotive Equipment Industry. Joe has years of experience designing dealerships for maximum productivity and it clearly shows. Viking’s ability to coordinate a new construction project from conceptual design to finished product is truly unrivaled by any other local equipment company in the New England area.In addition, they also stock a MASSIVE inventory of lift parts on their shelves. Joe and Jesse both have helped us out on multiple occasions in a pinch when no other company was able to come through. I have even had times where Viking has been able to supply us with parts when the manufacturer was back ordered!If you are fortunate enough to be within their area of service, I can’t recommend these guys enough!!!!read more

These guys are the best! I was looking to purchase some car lifts and alignment equipment and was referred to Viking... Equipment by a friend that owns a shop. Joe is one of the most knowledgeable people around when it comes to automotive equipment and Viking's team of technicians and office staff truly went above and beyond when it came to customer service. 10/10 Experience. Joe, Russ and Jesse were great installing all my new Rotary lifts, Balcrank oil equipment, pumps, and tanks. They... piped the whole shop for air and connected it the new Compressor. They laid out the parts department with new shelving and draw parts storage system solutions that made a great use of space. Our Overhead Rail exhaust system is really nice. Reynolds Subaru's new shop came out great! I would highly recommend them! Thank you for all your hard work and the fair pricing too.read more
